2 Β· Fill in your week & submit
Your site is set automatically. For each day you worked, add a work order and your hours, and pick any allowances from the dropdown (e.g. Travel). Under each line, tick Call-out if that job was an on-call call-out, or Call-Out - Working Hours if you took it while already on site during working hours. A public holiday shows a yellow banner on that day with the holiday allowance already ticked. If your week goes over your contract hours the total shows a warning: the extra hours need your senior approver's OK as well. Then tap Save week.

π Leave
Tap the Leave tab at the top of the app to ask for leave. Pick the type, the first and last day, add a note if you like, and tap Send request. Your supervisor approves it in their app, and you'll get an email when it's decided. My leave shows every request and where it's up to.
- The app counts the working days for you. Weekends and your site's public holidays are skipped, so they don't use up leave.
- For one day you can enter part of a day (e.g. 4 hours).
- Sick, carer's and similar leave can be entered after the day. If a medical certificate is needed the app shows a box for it: take a photo and attach it (or add it later with Add certificate).
- Once approved, your leave shows on your timesheet for those days and on the Teams Shifts roster as "Leave" (the roster never shows the type).
- You can cancel a request that's still waiting, or approved leave that hasn't started yet.
β οΈ
The rules on asking for leave (as at October 2026; the office can change them, and the app always checks the latest).
- Annual leave: ask at least 4 weeks ahead, and always before the roster for those days is done. More than 2 weeks in one go needs extra sign-off.
- Sick or carer's leave: tell your supervisor before your shift if you can (or as soon as you can), and say how long you'll be off. A medical certificate or stat dec is needed if you're off more than 1 day, if the day is next to a weekend or public holiday, or if your supervisor asks. The app tells you when.
- Parental leave: at least 10 weeks' notice in writing.
- Long service and unpaid leave always need a senior approver. Only so many people at a site can be off at once.
The app
warns you before you send if your request breaks a rule. You can still send it, but it then needs
a second sign-off from a senior approver as well as your supervisor, so it may take longer and may be refused. Ask early!
Good to know
- Start typing a work order and pick it from the list, or type your own.
- You can re-open and change your week any time until your site's close day β just sign in and tap Save week.
- If your supervisor sends a week back, you'll see a red note with the reason β fix it and Submit again.
- Can't sign in, or wrong site? Use your work Microsoft account, or contact the office.
